Both Kamloops Hot Yoga studios offer state-of-the-art climate controlled hot and room temperature rooms for your yoga practice. Conveniently located on 953 Unit 6 Laval Crescent in Sahali and on 17-1800 Tranquille Road in Brock we offer a variety of hot, warm and room temperature yoga classes.
