Pros: I liked my therapist. Hot tea after the massage. People who work here are very, very nice. Parts of the massage were amazing.
Cons: There was a lot of external noise, conversations outside the room could be heard, beeping of electronics, people walking around - it was very distracting. The waiting room was also very noisy and not a great way to relax before the massage. The massage was decent, but to be honest it got fatiguing as she didn't modulate areas she was working on. I communicated pressure, but the pressure was inconsistent. I also feel she didn't do a good job of understanding where the tense points were. Most therapists spend some time "feeling" for those points at the start. She applied a lot of pressure where I didn't need it, and not enough on the points where there were knots. I may come back for a Swedish vs a deeper massage, but the spa would not be my first choice as I do like an overall relaxing environment and unfortunately the noise etc. detracted from my experience.
