Hi Mary! On our website under every category of service it states the following, "All prices starting at and are subject to change." That is why we list a Retouch color with a Master Level Stylist as ($73+). The cost may vary depending on what is decided to do based off your consultation with your stylist. Once you had your consultation with Kelly, it was decided to pull through the retouch, creating more of an all over color. That is why she told you it was $85 prior to starting the color application as she would be using more color. When you returned the following day because you changed your mind on the style of haircut you wanted, Kelly discounted the cost of your service so you did not have to pay full price for a new haircut. Please give management a call at 630-482-2772 for any questions or concerns you may have.
