We visited the showroom on the last day of your big sale, and expected that there would be extended hours, but were surprised that there were NOT. (Our own work hours prevented us from visiting during any earlier open times.) The first agent who spoke to us wasn't the person we ended up with, which seemed rather an odd way of doing business, and our salesperson, while friendly & personable, didn't seem to be very familiar with many of the features on the vehicle we chose. He knew some of them, but several things he mentioned were options that weren't on our particular model. We were looking at an available vehicle, not customizing, so it seemed pointless to bring those up in our conversations, and made things more confusing than necessary.
The finance department did accommodate us by getting the paperwork done as much as possible, which we appreciated, since the lights were being turned off & there were only a couple other employees on the premises by that time. When we came to finish the paperwork & pick up the vehicle, we dealt with a different person (who was also quite efficient & pleasant), so it seemed that we were being 'handed off' at each point of the process!
We're quite pleased with our purchase, so far, and felt that we got a reasonable deal, but there were those little things that made it not quite the experience we expected. We've purchased from this shop (in your other location) for our previous 2 vehicles, and don't even bother to look at other brands any more, so were a bit taken aback when things proceeded as they did.
