We waited four months for the appointment for our kitty. When we were seen (myself and the kitty) after a half hour wait, we first saw the vet tech or student or nurse Whoever he was, the nice fellow with the long hair and low voice, he was helpful and informative. Then Dr Hoda came in and scared both kitty and me with her loud voice and rapid talk. During the entire time she was in the room, she never stopped talking. Ever. I am sure she is very knowledgeable and wants to help kitties. But she’d have been twice as effective saying half as much at half the volume. My kitty seems to have recovered. I haven’t yet. I am not sure I can face going back. Ever.
Hi, thank you for reaching out. Right now, we are booking out further than ever for new clients, 3 months! It looks like your appointment was made on October 26th, when we were scheduling a little more than two months out. We deal with cats all day long, and see many frightened cats. Had Dr Hodes thought her tone of voice or that her just talking would scare Puddy, she would have easily adjusted her tone/volume. We do this all the time. It sounds like you yourself had an adverse reaction to Dr Hodes, which is fine, but reviews are typically more effective when constructive criticism is given.
