Excellent was my rating for a number of reasons. The front desk staff is always so nice and caring on the phone, answering questions kindly which to me sets a positive experience at the office. Dental hygienist Grayson was so professional, kind cleaning my teeth, listening to my concerns on a couple of issues so warm and caring and cleaning was not painful at all. . Saw Dr Kyle Metzger and was impressing with his friendliness , and professionalism. He gave me the time to discuss concerns and answered my questions completely never acting like he was in a hurry or needed to rush to next patient which is always so appreciated.

I have never had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Metzger or his office. From walking in the door to having the hygienist complete the cleaning to Dr. Metzger’s final check, always welcoming and engaging. Staff is top notch and Dr. Metzger takes the time to know you and engage with any questions you may have.

Office staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. They are a pleasure to interact with. Marcia did a great job as my hygienist, as always, and she provides insight and feedback that is very helpful. Dr. Metzger demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine care for me as a patient, which is always the case. He took time to advise and inform me in relation to questions I had about my care. This is a great team and dental practice!

As always, Nicole does a great job and Dr. Keith Metzger is the dentist every family should desire. The office staff is professional, courteous and always greets you with a smile and a friendly word.
