I had a wonderful experience at Keller Lake Animal Hospital. I felt like my kitty was well taken care of and all my questions were answered before I left. I was treated great and all staff I met were very friendly. I will be returning in the future
As usual, Dr. DeWoskin and staff members are welcoming and engaging. We are facing a difficult situation with an aging dog. Dr. DeWoskin did a thorough exam, answered all of my questions, and pointed out what weI should look for in terms of changes in behavior which my result in additional actions on our part. It has always been a positive experience for me and Buddy when we visit KLAH, and yesterday was no exception. Thank you!
My visit was very good, Dr. was great. But We asked for a quote for cherry eye surgery and for Russell to be neutered. I never got the quote so I called again yesterday and still have not received the quote.
We've been taking our English Springer Spaniels to Keller Lake AH almost from the time it opened. We and our canine family members love the vets and staff there, really rely on the top-notch quality care they provide and recommend KLAH whenever we can. No matter when you call, they always show both courtesy and concern, working with you to schedule appointments as soon as possible or providing thoughtful, experienced advice. They always call when they say they're going to, as well follow up each visit with a status check call. And, for overnight procedures or stays, they always call ASAP to let you know how things are going. Most important, our dogs have really loved KLAH's philosophy of "fear free" positive-reinforcement animal care. As a result, our nine-year-old Springer can hardly wait to get in the front door of the clinic to loudly announce his arrival, woo-wooing and wagging for all he's worth in the hopes that his KLAH friends will greet him with yummy treats. "Cookies" and string cheese are his favorites!
