Normally, the service is fast, and accurate. This time they were terrible. No one knew what was going on with my car. After I submitted a previous indication of what was wrong with my car. I had a 10:00am appointment, and I didn't get my car back until 3:30pm. And the diagnosis was the same thing that I told them from the beginning. To top it off, I was charged $30.00 for a problem that I already had ask them to fix. Most important my car did not get fixed. I REPEAT DID NOT GET FIXED. I will be on the look for a new place to service my car. It's to bad that one incompetent day from Kelly's, has them to lose a good customer.
This is a really inaccurate assessment of the events that transpired. Mr. Williams dropped his car off with instructions to "replace the o-ring". We had to call to get clarification as to what he was referring to. When he later told customer service there was an oil leak we began our diagnosis. After steam cleaning the related areas and using dye we pinpointed the leak.
The oil feed pipe needed to be replaced. An estimate was given to Mr. Williams, however, he decided to postpone repairs. He was charged $30.00 for cleaning and diagnosis. He was also told the $30.00 would be applied to the repair work should he decide to do it. We never received a call to any objections at the time of pick up. The customer has been contacted after we read the review.
