I have been a customer at Kenmore Automotive for a number of years. This is a family-owned business and they provide a level of service that clearly demonstrate incredible skill, honesty and caring about their customer "family". When I first took my truck there for service there was something that wasn't quite right after the job was done. They stepped up, replaced the part at no cost to me and I recall that they said "we absolutely stand behind our work". That cemented my long-term relationship with Kenmore Auto.

Recently, at my urging, my adult daughter took her Acura SUV there for the first time because she had become disenchanted with the Acura dealership's upselling. She was convinced that her car needed new brakes when she took it to Kenmore Auto. Kenmore could have easily sold her an expensive brake job but they put the car on the hoist, measured the brake wear and assured her that there was lots of wear left on the brakes. They chose to tell her the truth rather than take advantage of her. She will definitely continue to have all of her service at Kenmore Auto.

I am a long-term customer and over the last several years I have continued to be extremely satisfied by all aspects of the service at Kenmore Automotive. They have always been incredibly honest, provide great explanations of the needed work and fulfill their promises of when the job will be done. They also stand behind the quality of their work and if there are any aspects of the repair that are less than ideal they absolutely make it right.

I have no qualms highly recommending Kenmore Automotive. A great family run business.
