Prompt, courtious and on time for my cleaning. Provided excellent service on X-rays and cleaning. After cleaning, Dr. Ken reviewed my X-rays and physically examined my teeth and mouth for issues or problems! At checkout, they scheduled my next appointment, advised me of the new technology they are using for confirming appointments by email and texting. I as a patient agreed that home phones are a thing of the past and most households have now canceled home phone service and cell phones, texting and email is sometimes the fastest and easiest way to get ahold of a patient and best way to confirm appointments.
