I had a periodic appointment with Alliance Hearing on Feb. 1. Dr. Ramanovich performed a thorough bank of tests on my hearing which included testing in a sound booth. Then Dr. Lunde checked for wax in my ears and found some so he cleaned it out. It was suggested that I consider hearing aids and was given information on the Oticon devices that they recommend.

I would think it possible that the staff could let the patients know if their wait is going to be longer than normal when they arrive. I took work off early (I'm a teacher so this is hard) to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment as requested. I waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before I was called back, then another 30 for the Doctor to come in. The Doctor spent 15 minutes with me and I was done. Overall, I like Dr. Lunde, but there could/should be more respect of the patient's time.

Sometimes we have emergencies or circumstances beyond our control that affect our schedule. We will strive to do better in the future!
