I was truly anticipating the best; I left very disappointed. Although everyone was nice, I found myself leaving with no answers and suffering from the same condition that I had been dealing with for over two months. The nurse recorded my symptoms, then a medical student examined me. I had exhausted my story by the time the doctor arrived. He wheeled around the room in a rush, perhaps five minutes, and ended up prescribing me something I had already tried (he went to the go-to cream rather than really paying attention to anything I had already said to his nurse...highly frustrating). I waited weeks for the appointment, drove over 40 min. each way to their office, paid to see a specialist of whom I saw but for a few moments (are they able to code at an extended visit rate because of the time his nurse and medical student spent with me even though the actual doctor saw me for just a few moments?), and ended up with nothing but my same condition, a bill, and wasted time. Again, I was truly anticipating the best. I did not find it here.
