I have been a client for at least 8 years, but was very dissatisfied with the service I received this year. My tax return that was supposed to take only 3 weeks, instead, took 7 1/2 weeks. My return was more complicated this year due to my losses in Hurricane Irma, however, little/poor communication was provided throughout this time. It was only because of my persistence in calling that I learned anything about my return. Due to this unprofessionalism, I have strongly considered taking my business to another accounting service in the Keys. However, I spoke directly to my accountant, and we reached an agreement on how to move forward. I am hoping this was just a one-time horrible experience, and not a new trend in their practice. Due to my years with them, I will give one more chance to handle my business in a timely and acceptable manner.
