The office staff are very friendly and the technicians are the best. We arrived for our appointment on time to find a man waiting on a wheelchair for his wife who had had pre-meds for a procedure. The note in the reception window said they were in a staff meeting and to have a seat. 7 minutes later they came out to help the man and gave us paperwork to check over and update. Not too bad but a routine cleaning took 1 and 1/2 hours since we then had to wait for the doctor to get a break from the procedure to check us
