My almost 3 year old son, TJ, went for his first cleaning today. It was a great experience from the friendly front office ladies to the hygienist. He especially liked Dr. Melanie and was so excited to tell his daddy, "she said my teeth are beautiful and that I have a cute tongue!" He has been carrying around his bag with his new McQueen toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste all morning. His prize of a blue bouncy ball ("his favorite color") was icing on the cake! Thank you for making this a great experience for my son! Happy boy means happy Momma! :)

My kids had never been to the dentist before now and they are 6yo. I was so afraid they would be condescending and think me to be a bad mother, frankly I was prepared for a lecture, lol, but instead, what I got was truly caring individuals who treated me kindly and did an AMAZING job with my children!! My kids didn't have any cavities and I was so happy that I cried and one of the ladies gave me a prize! LOL! Then I cried from laughter and relief! Everyone we met was amazing and the dentist, Melanie Abrams, was beyond amazing!!! I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for this place!!!

I have two kids, ages 6 and 4, and they LOVE coming to this office. My four year old actually asks me when will it be his turn to go back. My 6 year old has had two different appliances put in by Dr. Lubbee, and still goes back by herself. Everyone is so friendly and actually cares about the kids. Its a great experience from the time we walk up to the desk to the time we leave. Thank you for always making it a great experience!

Absolutely love Kid's Dentistree! I take all 3 of my young boys there and have a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and Dr. Melanie Abrams is truly incredible. So sweet, friendly and professional! My boys love her!! When a 3 and 4 year old like going to the dentist, it's a good thing :)

My son has had several appointments here and at each one we have had good experiences. The front desk staff has went above and beyond to try and help with insurance payments. Actually found out about a clause in my dental insurance that the desk staff found through their research that took a $2000 job down to $100. I recently discovered a condition that will send my son back to the dentist and I was a little worried he was going to be upset but he said " that's okay Mom, I have a good Dentist" I'm glad he is happy here.

I HAVE INSURANCE! They sucked that dry and still came up with a $2000 out of pocket estimate. Then lied about not having a payment plan. Cash or credit only.WOW!! These people are crooks! There are better and more honest dentists out there, believe me I know.

We had our first dentist appt yesterday! My daughter is one and had a hard time understanding what was going on. But the office staff was very patient and caring and came up with a solution to help look at her teeth and keep her comfortable. I was very impressed with the dentist and the dental assistant. They were awesome! The office is clean and the front desk staff is nice. Your kids will also have something to do while they wait (they have a club house in the waiting room). LOVE THIS PLACE!

We were referred to Kid's Dentistry because my daughter's 6 year molars had come in with no enamel on them, therefore, she had cavities on three of them...one of them with more severe decay. I called during normal business hours and kept getting their voicemail...3 days later, I finally get a hold of them, but it didn't do much good. She wasn't very friendly, didn't ask any questions or try to get more info from me, and the soonest they could see her is over a month away. I explained she was in pain and didn't need to be sedated, and we could come in any day at any time...all she could say was she's sorry. I told her I'd have to look elsewhere and she said okay. I don't think they're interested in getting new patients.

On several occations we have thought about switching dental providers. They seem to big to really care and are lacking in details to make them a top choice provider. We have had issues with our childrens care, from over sedating to oral corrective equipment being installed incorrectly. But this last visit was most aggravating. Recieved 5 different confirmations about our recent appointments, 3 text, a phone call and an e-mail. We were there on time then waited 30 min for one child and 45 min for the other to be seen. What if we showed up 45 min late for an appt!? I think we are done here.
