Been bringing my kids since 1999. Yup, my ‘baby’ just had a great check up yesterday. Almost 22 and fills up the dental chair and watched Moana. How/why could we go somewhere else? (My older one moved out of state, so shes not as lucky) we love Dr Yee and his staff. Gina

The doctor and staff were great as always. However, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes in a dental chair while a fair number of staff ended up dealing with a small child (4 or 5) who was throwing a full blown tantrum. She screamed, lashed out and could not be calmed by her mother. It was pretty awful. Since her mother didn’t have the sense to step outside with the child I really would have liked to see someone on the dental staff kindly but firmly tell the mom, “we can’t tend to her when she’s this hysterical. Please reschedule,” I understand you want to provide care but if the parent can’t help the child be relatively calm it’s not fair to subject the kid and your other patients to such jarring behavior. Thank you for providing a space for me to give feedback.
