The doctors here are wonderful. They are very patient with kids. Our oldest has major anxiety issues when it comes to medical settings and they are accommodating and patient with him.
However, their billing is a nightmare. We're given a billing summary every visit, but everytime we have to ask multiple questions just to read the statements. None of it makes sense. None of the math adds up the way it looks like it should. If they improved their billing to where we could just understand it without asking 100 questions and getting 100 confusing answers, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. But we will be looking for another dentist for our children so we don't have to deal with the mental gymnastics of trying to understand our bill.
