I bring my foster son there because you accept Medicaid, and You are better than the place in Winston. He has sensory issues and doesn't like the taste of the flouride, He was scared, yet he was being so brave! I didn't like that the hygienist was trying to push me into doing a "lap to lap." He is 5 years old, and he wasn't completely out of control. He just needed a little patience. Her reply to me was that her supervisor would be upset if she took too long. As soon as we can adopt him and put him on our insurance we will not return.

Me and my daughter keep our appointments together but our last one was atrocious we spent an hour waiting to be cleaned which by the way only happened to my daughter I was never seen I feel like there were to many appointments scheduled at the same time the line for x rays was exterily long I didn't appreciate my experience at kid smiles

They were short staffed which caused extended wait times and an overcrowded lobby. I understand staffing issues happen, but it would have been nice to had a phone call before our appointment and letting us decide before getting there if we wanted to wait. People hate when you take the option away.

It was the first time my son was there in less than an hour. While on my phone I looked up and there he was. Going strong at 16 years-No cavities

traumatic. No wonder my kids are scared all the time they need to see the dentist.

The dentist is very nice, and addressed all my questions. The hygienist was thorough, and good with the kids. However, they are understaffed and we waited 45 minutes past our appointment time to get in the back, and then another 15 minutes to get to the cleanings, then another 10-15 to get the xrays. The actual exam, cleaning and x-ray took only about 30 minutes for both children, but we were there well over two hours. Luckily we didn't have any other appointments that day. The practice just needs to have a few extra staff members.

I think it's not for little kids, it's scary. My two years old was just freaked out by seeing other kids crying. The stuff has masks on the whole time, they can at least in begging take it off and introduce them selves. Also would prefer individual rooms instead of one big room where the kids watch getting teeth pulled. Front office stuff was nice
