it a decent appointment slightly professional dental assistants don't know their tooth numbers . The same dental is the toll mean if there's any complications with your child will come back to the waiting room and let you know, but she didn't let me know. I had my intuition down. My child was crying. They sounded careless .. Overall it was a ok appointment . Then we seen a girl crying look like she was 8 so that office need to do better.

I was never asked the reason for the visit and I was never able to see the dentist to me this is not right because how can I address my kids concerns..

I just think it’s crazzy how you guys don’t allow parents to go back to comfort their kids. Kidz Connextion expects parents to trust complete strangers with our kids I don’t even no you from the back of my ass hole hair why would I let my child/children go by their self with you sounds like something very fishy is going on sounds very strange to me. I have 5 kids my oldest will be 8 this year and they have been going to the dentist for years this is the first time I have ever experienced this so crazzy you guys don’t care about your patients and it shows.
