I'm truly sorry that you didn't feel like the dental assistant was very patient with your child or that Dr. Britny seemed preoccupied. We try our best to make every child feel comfortable. I'm not trying to make excuses; however, the day you brought Aiden in for his checkup was a day with several patient emergencies and traumas that needed immediate attention. I hope that you can understand that if it were your child with an emergency, we would address him and tend to his needs, even if that meant that we had other patients already scheduled. Feel free to call our office to further address your concerns. Also, if you feel that your child would be better served at another practice, we understand and we would love to help you find the right place for Aiden. Just let us know how we can help and if we need to cancel his next check up that was scheduled when he last came in.
