I have been bringing my car to King's for many years - first my 1997 Saturn and now my 2014 4-Runner. I do so for the quality of their work. Sadly, I need to report that the customer service provided by Daniel on July 11, 2108 was less than stellar. When my husband and I went at the end of the day to pick up the car, we asked a series of questions, all of which were answered by Daniel in a very condescending and rude manner. I don't think I need to go into the details of the exchanges (although I am tempted). Suffice it to say that we were treated as if we had no right to question the work that was done on the vehicle. Just pay the bill and go! It is unfortunate that a business that would would normally recommend as outstanding gets just an average rating from me based on customer service. I should point out that when we dropped the car off in the morning, Steve was very pleasant.
