Kings Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC with integrity to homeowners, builders and contractors since its inception. In 1993 Gary and Erin Pollard officially launched Kings after purchasing Pollard Heating from Gary’s father, Reb. Already a veteran in the business, Gary had worked with his father since he was old enough to handle a drill. His drive to provide customers with real value through responsive, friendly service allowed Kings to expand even further.

You had a preventive maintenance plan that started 05/31/2016 and ends in 05/31/2017. Your preventive maintenance plan comes with 1 furnace cleaning, cleaning of the indoor and outdoor coil, blower motor cleaning and 3 filter changes. Which is why the technician came out to do the filter change the last time he was out. If you check what your plan includes you can see it only comes with 3 visits in that one year from the start date. We performed your cleanings when you first signed up for the preventive maintenance plan. We are sorry that was not communicated clearly with you and we apologize you found screws on the floor. If we had been made aware of these issues right away we would've responded immediately to take care of the materials found.
