Service was great as usual but really would like to meet face to face with the Dr. For paying such a high fee I feel it is warranted. The care is wonderful.

I love Dr. Clair who has never been anything but kind, caring, and informative throughout the entire time I've been taking my "baby" to Kingston Animal Hospital: I always request Dr. Claire for my dog's veterinarian appointments except in cases of emergency when Dr. Claire is unavailable. I've never had a bad experience with Kingston Animal Hospital that has been my animal hospital of choice for several years because I genuinely like the people employed there.

Vets are nice but your prices are crippling. Basically it was a five minute appt x 2 dogs so total of 10 minutes and I wrote for 350.00. That’s a lot of money when your retired. It just so sad .

As part of annual checkup, my dog was

Given blood test for heartworm, but not Lyme? I was expecting this test, but when I inquired about it, I was told you don’t do it and that I should wait for symptoms. Waiting for symptoms is too late. I recently lost a my other dog to Lyme and disagree with your refusal to do this screening as part of the checkup. I am probably going to bri g my dog to another practice.
