Your technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

On a related subject, we followed Chris's advice on getting a thermostat that sends warning emails to us and you when the temperature in the house falls below a predetermined level. We have two thermostats in the house, and we want the new one installed on the first floor. The thermostat that's currently on the first floor should be re-installed in place of the one that's upstairs because the former is considerably newer than the latter and has more features. Thanks for your attention to this.

We signed up for the pre-season air conditioning inspection offered by Kinnard for $89. The technician who came to do the inspection spent very little time on task. He was outside looking at the exterior unit for maybe a couple of minutes, and then spent no more than 5 minutes inside looking at the unit in the basement. The rest of the time, he was in his truck, we think on the phone. In short, we question whether the 7 minutes or less he spent looking at our system, with no real feedback other than that "everything looks fine" was really worth the $89 we paid. (We think it wasn't.)

Came and inspected our heting and replaced a filter. Very nice to work with. Did not do anything unnecessary and did not overcharge. We have used Kinnard for heating and air conditioning for years
