Had scheduled appt for afternoon but due to weather I called that morning and asked if I could come in earlier. The lady asked how early and I said early as possible. She said come on in now!! Took me 45 mins to get there and they got right on my car!!!

Heidi was on top of everything. This was a big financial decision with extensive front end work & needing repair - After visiting four different shops I chose Kinney’s automotive based on customer service, responsiveness, and a tour of the garage. I was able to personally meet with the mechanic and go through everything that was going to be done with him which was much appreciated. Work was completed in a timely manner with no stress. I will definitely be using Kinney’s in the future. Highly recommend.

So happy I stopped at Kinneys to ask someone to clean my front headlights. A wonderful guy cleaned them and then would not take $20 I offered him.

Guess what? I ditched Firestone and am now a Kinney's customer. Just got my brakes worked on; running perfectly. Also, so nice of Kinneys to provide a ride home and pick up when my car was ready.

The work and service was very good. I did express to the gentleman at the counter that I was 74 and retired. I needed to cut cost . The oil sensor you replaced was the problem but he ran a test to find out what it might be which cost a lot extra. After the test he said it likely be the sensor but if not gauges on the dash would be next answer..I explained to him that if just changing the sensor would result in the same findings. Without an extra cost to my bill so. He went ahead and ran the tests with the same results as I explained and the extra cost added to my bill. So changing the sensor alone would have come up with the same results and a lower cost to my bill. You would have ended up with a happy customer but instead that didn't happen. Jesse Davis
