I have been going to KKBB for years and this is the first time I had a less-than-stellar experience. The stylist did not take the time to listen to what I wanted at all, and seemed to be pushing their own agenda instead of what I was asking for. I also felt pressured to do a different service than what I came for, and the whole thing felt like a pitch for services and products instead of giving the client a good experience and haircut. My haircut is also upsetting, as there was a large chunk cut much shorter than I wanted right in the front. There is nothing to do for it but grow it out. The general salon atmosphere was lovely as usual, but this particular stylist was definitely not one I will ever be seeing again,

“Giving People More Than They Expect”, which is what I think of when leaving KKBB. The moment you walk into KKBB you’re greeted with warm exchanges, the wait is minimal if at all, and the service and products are pure gold. KKBB is the best!

I adore Bailey and she is the best hairstylist/ professional I have ever had. I looked for parking for over a half hour and could not have my appointment cause too late. The staff was very kind and helped me re-schedule. Bailey is the very best and is always so helpful . I love when she does my hair and always answers all my questions. You could not have a beater representative of KKBB. Thank you.

I love the staff. They are so much fun and so welcoming. I would love to just come hang out with them. Danielle cut and blow-dried my hair and its fabulous.
