This was my initial examination with a new Dentist, and I was very impressed by Dr. Choi and all staff I had contact with. The Dr. was very lucid in his explanation of what he was doing and why. The Dental Assistant who took my X-ray images was gentle, courteous, friendly and fastidious. She also assisted the Dr. in the intial phase of my examination, and expedited the process. I was given an initial cleaning after the diagnoses of my various issues to be addressed. The woman who prepared my statement was kind, thorough, and a complete professional; she made certain I understood my benefits from two insurance policies, and also the Dr.'s opinion as to priority of work. She is proactive and thorough, along with being knowledgeable. I give the review 4 stars out of five, because I'm pretty sure I will be happy with this dental practice, and will be upgrading it in future. Well pleased, and my normal nervousness allayed.
