We work with K Kelly multiple times a week. I can put a request in and I get a response with in 5 min every time. Afterhours also responds very promptly. The issue is assessed with in hours most times and fixed on spot most times. The staff in office and techs are incredibly easy and friendly to work with. They call and discuss any issue and cost before repairing anything. I highly recommend K Kelly!!!

I scheduled to have my boiler and central air cleaned and when the tech showed up he informed me that he was only scheduled to clean the central air. He said the office will call to schedule the boiler, I have not heard anything from you since.
