Misti Gibson handled my eye exam and was extremely professional and helpful - the part of the exam handled by an assistant, and the help I received in picking out new frames was also first class. My only complaint is that the equipment for charging the visit and frames etc was not working and my charge card number had to be written down to be used after repairs.
