I was very happy getting the picture of gunner after his surgery' it made us feel a lot better it was good to see. I will bring him back in a couple of weeks for his follow up thank you for tacking care of our little boy.

The vets and techs are all friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all - my dog doesn't seem to hate it there! For the first time he doesn't spend the entire visit hiding under chairs and running out the door. That's enough reason for us to love it here!

Friendly staff, easy to obtain an appointment, given information to include all care and services up front prior to billing. Option to purchase meds and shampoos, etc through them or online.

I made a last minute pick up of our dogs’ rx and flea preventative yesterday. Ricky was awesome! Friendly and super helpful! Usually Keith and Shana take care of us and they are also absolutely amazing!! Thanks everybody!!

I wanted to buy some probiotic powder and I was ten minutes away so I called and was told by the recording that they were busy (since it was during working hrs) but I'd get a call back in an hour. That wasn't helpful so I drove there. The door was locked but I knew they were there. You're supposed to call and tell them you're outside but that wasn't an option since I'd already gotten their tape msg. So I went in the exit door, wearing a mask and was treated like I was trying to rob the place. I said I tried to call and held up an envelope of probio. but the assistant practically shoved me outside as if I had the virus. (I don't.) He said to wait outside and he soon brought the box out for me and I gave him my card. He apologized and said they were shorthanded. I said OK. I didn't like the part about being practically pushed outside.
