Pam was a great therapist for my first massage. The only complaint I have is it seems they wanted to upsell products when I was only interested in a massage as a treat myself sort of thing.

Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed Pam for your first massage. We do offer some extra add ons to make your massage even more special and cater to what your body needs, but they definitely are not necessary.

Kneaded Relief continues to be my favorite day spa. The staff is always is helpful and courteous, my massage therapist is the best I've ever experienced. The setting is relaxing and comfortable. There is nothing I don't enjoy about Kneaded Relief.

This was my first time going to a spa and it was a nice and pleasant experience, exactly what it should be! Received a gift certificate to this place, so I got the package aromatherapy steam shower, facial, relaxation massage, and paraffin hand dip. All of the rooms for services are private (including the aromatherapy). There was not too many people at the time I went so it was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Each therapist makes sure you are comfortable and makes sure to take the time to answer any questions you have. The massage was great and I wish I was able to get a longer one!
