Staff are friendly and capable, but process is slow. We were in the office for nearly three hours getting eye exams and fitting new glasses.

Dr. Kneisley is knowledgeable and articulate. She is also resourceful in offering alternate solutions to any ocular concerns. She is also compassionate in working with the disableed.

I put an order in 12/18 and have still no confirmation of the glasses have been order or received yet. Apparently there is no contact for University of Delaware to confirm payment so I don’t get my glasses???

Visiting was like it used to be. Quickly greeted and taken to the examine room. The technology was impressive. Dr Kneisley explained the testing results and patiently answered all my questions. Afterwards I selected a few new frames and lens configurations.

If you are looking to get away from the production line medical offices this is the place to go. I was treated as a person not a number.
