Color experience was awesome! They do need to do better on shampooing the color out of your head. I was left with a color at the base of my neck.

I had requested a phase 2 haircut and rcvd my confirmation for a phase 2 cut. I arrived at my appointment and a student came and got me. We started the process, but after she washed my hair, I realized she was a phase 1 student. She still did a good job and I liked the end result, but it did take a full 1.5 hours to wash, trim, and blow dry my hair. I was just charged for the phase 1 cut.

From the time I made the appointment, the staff follow-up was impressive. Jayde and her supervisor worked so well together and Jayde did an excellent job on my hair. My hair has gotten very thin so it is a little hard to achieve "normal" fullness but she did a very good job. They went to great lengths to get my color just right and used a less harsh procedure. The end result was very pretty and I love the color! I would recommend PMS to all for a very professional well done experience! Sandi Holman
