I was told that I would be TRYING another eye medication for a month. I wasn’t told that it was going to cost almost $300.00 for a « try it » medication. As usual, they sent the prescription to my pharmacy.

I was horrified to learn the cost and called to see if I could have the prescription to shop it, the receptionist asked to call back and was in such a rush that she hung up on me. When the receptionist called back she was again in a hurry, took offense and was somewhat rude.because I wanted to make sure that she was sending to the correct email address. She again hung up on me in a huff.

I know that these times are really lousy for everyone but we should still treat customers nicely. When the customer has an enormous challenge, the customer should expect to be treated with kindness, concern and compassion.

I think Koetting needs to start training staff to understand how difficult life can be for the people who they are supposed to be assisting.

Normally I think that Koetting is the only place to go for your eyes. Today I am disgusted.

I got something in my eye while doing yard work. I called Koetting and they saw me within an hour. Their service was exceptional and their medical care, as always, was outstanding.

Everyone is always professional and pleasant. Drs Carmen, Nick and Joe are awesome, very knowledgeable and exhibit a caring, concerned manner at each visit. I referred my daughter and son-in-law and they are both very pleased with the service provided.

Per usual, I received great service and eye care recently. Been going here for 25+ years and the caring, knowledgeable and friendly doctors at Koetting have always been wonderful. Their staff is always first rate, too, handling all the insurance issues, making helpful recommendations and always smiling.
