Thank you for taking me without an appointment, that was very professional of Dr. Pearl.
I was not very pleased with the temporary crown and I hope that the permanent one is better.
Finalizing the crown took a long time, I was there close to 2hours and 45 minutes.
The crown still didn't look good, it was short and not close to the gum line.
I wasn't happy with the look for the amount of time that I spent there in the chair.
If the permanent one is not right, I am not going to accept it. It's got to be right,

I love them there but it is becoming progressively more expensive to go there that I feel like I might need a change. Again, great service, wonderful people, but the prices continue to go up while insurance goes down. I only rate them an average because of the expense. Since that is something we all base a lot of our choices on it rates high in my overall rating factor.

I had three extractions ( all in one appointment) and I was greeted warmly, informed fully, relaxed and in and out of there in WAY under an hour. Konikoff has always tried to make me feel as though I'm thier only client. I always recommend Konikoff. Two thumbs up!

Always great service! I just had to mention that I arrive early for my appointment and the front desk never gave me the paper work to fill out wile I was wating for about 30 minutes when the technician came for me so I was kind like in a rush filling out the documents wile I was in the treatment room, when I could just do all that wile I was sitting waiting. That is why they said come 15 minutes before your appointment.
