I decided to bring my Sonata in for a "scheduled maintenance" at KPS rather than my dealership not only for price benefits but anticipating a little more assurance that work that needed to be done is done correctly. So far I am very happy especially with their warranty of 18 months. Good experience, will continue to use KPS.

You need much clearer layout and format for your invoices, so your customers can quickly see all the itemized details of the service you completed. Also, your charges for very minor items like changing a light bulb for the license place light seem exorbitant. That's a 3 minute job for which I was charged close to $30!! Also your use of coupons is not always accurate, as I was given a "make me feel good" coupon that was in fact expired. Otherwise you are extremely efficient, friendly, and convenient. I still hope to be a good customer.

I feel so lucky to have found KPS Princeton Garage. They are very busy but scheduling an appointment is always easy. The staff is pleasant to deal with and they stay in touch about the status of the work and potential changes to the cost of the work. The cost is always reasonable and there are no ugly surprises. This last time, they found and fixed a problem with the brakes on my son's Mazda 6 that I'd been grumbling about to my husband for months My husband and son didn't think it was an issue. The Mazda dealer who performed a recall on the car failed to pick up on the problem, and the tire dealer who put new tires on it a few months ago failed to identify a problem as well. KPS Princeton Garage will be my first stop from now on.

Bob and his crew go out of their way to work with you when you are on a tight schedule. Their car wash service is also excellent. After this rough winter our car really needed a cleaning and they did a great job at a reasonable price.
