Very nice place, I had a problem with a soar tooth and Dr. Vetter jumped right in and saw the problem and quickly went into action, an hour later I had a cracked tooth fixed with a crown. Very professional and kind.

Usually I have no wait time for an appointment. This time I did have to wait, but Toni did apologize and gave me a Starbucks gift card. I feel that much of the appointment was geared towards Toni doing paper work. I do not recall that she measured for depth of gum lines. And I do have to be monitored every 4 months. Overall I can not rate the visit as a #10.

Sandy- I am so sorry we were running late and hope that you enjoyed a delicious Starbuck's on us as we know how valuable your time is, and we hate to waste it. I did review your chart and Toni's notes and your pockets were thoroughly checked and cleaned. It was not time to print your pockets so she may not have told you specifically about your pockets since there were no issues with them. At this time you are doing a great job on your gum health and she noted as much in your chart. I do want you to know we take these reviews very seriously and we will be discussing how we can make improvements as a team.
