Dr. Rod did the initial review of Kaleb's growth on the top of his neck and felt (as we did) that it had gotten to the size of needing removal. He felt it could be removed with local anesthetic rather than putting Kaleb "under." He did not believe it would be difficult or cause any other issues.
The tech who worked with us the day we dropped Kaleb off for the surgery was knowledgeable and informative and put our minds at ease about the surgery. She explained everything clearly to us. The same was true for the young lady whom I met when I picked Kaleb up.
All in all, an easy-going situation.
