Kuperschmid had the lowest price, the most professional and knowledgable employee/owner, gave us the most detailed bid and were able to complete the installation within days. We are very happy that we chose Kupferschmid and have enjoyed a cool home, including the second floor of our farmhouse, all summer long.

We at Kupferschmid's deeply regret the way this situation unfolded. We pride ourselves on good service at an affordable price. We understand that as a customer, you want to know that you are going to be taken care of. When we make mistakes we will make the situation right at whatever cost to us there is. This situation is no different. When this customer brought these issues to our attention, we immediately asked what we needed to do to make the situation right in their eyes. We agreed on a price that fit their level of satisfaction and addressed the issues in our meetings to make sure these customer service issue don't come up again.
