I've been going to this dentist for nearly 2 1/2 years along with my children and have always enjoyed the experience. However, yesterday when I went there was a different dentist who didn't even bother to introduce himself. Only after I spoke up and politely mentioned that I hadn't met him, did he take the time to introduce himself. Then instead of reviewing my chart to determine why he was seeing me, he asked me why I was there. Even though I was told that he is the dentist that owns the practice, he acted like he didn't have a clue about what to do for me. It seemed that he had absolutely no experience with invisAlign what so ever. The other dentist that works there always knows exactly what is going on with her patients and has professional advise and opinion to offer. Furthermore, I waited I. The chair and was there for 2 hours for a procedure that should have take. No more than 30 minutes. I was highly disappointed in my visit. I was told that my regular dentist is no longer working there. After my InvisAlign treatment is complete I will most likely find a different dentist.

It was a 'good experience' all around. The procedure went fast and efficiently. The personnel were all pleasant, caring and professional. I wouldn't say I enjoyed every minute, but it really was one of my better experiences in the dental chair.

I had to leave at 10:50 without having my cleaning done. I arrived at 9:00 at my scheduled appointment time and they seemed to be overbooked because the waiting room only had one open chair. I will need to reschedule, which is annoying because I already spent 2 hours out of my day for something that should be done in 45 minutes or less. Everyone in the office is amazingly nice but that can only go so far.

Your business will go down one day! You are scamers! Unfortunately, for first time at a Dental office???? I felt "Race issue" (Hispanic being in charge). When I didn't pay extra money and didn't let you rip me off and you stopped my daughter's filling and postponed a child's cavity for 2 months, I said: "I am done with this office!" Shame on you!

Very good - except the discussion of rather personal financial matters at the front desk made me uncomfortable. Later, we did move into the more private office to finish the discussion. Otherwise, everything was fine. MW

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. I was a new patient with a broken tooth, they got me in and were able to fix the tooth in the same day. I would highly recommend this office for any dental need.

Last night was my first time at this dentist office. My complaint would be that I waited for 2 1/2 hrs just to have my teeth cleaned. By the time my teeth were done I had been there for a total of 3 hrs. Obviously this is WAY TOO LONG for anyone to have to wait for any doctor or dentist appointment. I will be calling to ask if this is the normal wait time at this office or if there was a scheduling error or something else. On a brighter note, I really liked everyone I met there and felt like they listened to any special dental needs I had as a patient. I will be going back to get some work done and I am hoping that they get me in right away this time...

dentist and helpers were excellent. But I did not understand why I

was ask to pay in full before the work was complete.
