My appointment was for 4 pm and I didn't get to see a vet until 4:45. Also the vet didn't give me instructions for the medicine she prescribed or care of the wound during the following days. The tech did some of that when she brought it out for me to pay. Not at all pleased with the service!
I called about an hour before closing time as after work I was kicking back petting Bell and she had been funny about her ear for a few days, when I rubbed it there was an unpleasant odor....They got me in for an appt before closing, cleaned Bells ear and sent me off with medicine all before closing.....They were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
3 times now the front desk has messed up either my appointment, surgery for my car or now the follow up was wrong. I'm not sure what's going on but the rest of my visit has been fine ea h time. Not sure if it's a training thing or a focus thing.
