About
Dr. Lake was raised in Arlington, Texas. She received her Bachelor's degree from Baylor University before earning her D.D.S. from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. After graduation, Dr. Lake served her country as a General Dentist in the U.S. Air Force. Upon completion of her service commitment, Dr. Lake returned home to the Metroplex, where she resides in Mansfield, with her husband and two children. She is an active member of Gateway Church in Southlake.

It is always our goal to provide both timely and high quality care. All of our office policies are signed by each patient before they are seen for their first visit, posted at the front desk, and available for review on our website. It is our policy that each patient be given a warning the first time they break our policy and a broken appointment fee if they break their appointment again without 48 hours notice. Our office appreciates and respects the fact that some patients are not a fit for our office and wish you well in your search for a new dental office.
