Felt there was a communication gap that caused some extra effort on my part to overcome. Otherwise, my dog was treated well it appears and is recovering nicely. When I called for pricing of neutering I was not advised of the additional charges connected with the procedure, so the final bill was a bit of a shock. All of the front office personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will bring my pet back again.
We waited for two hours to be seen and when I was just about to walk out then they called us back with our sick cat. The vet was awesome and I couldn't be happier for the reassuring news that our cat wasn't seriously sick and could be treated easily with benadryl. The only concern is that next time I won't wait around and instead will make an appointment as being a walk is just too frustrating.
I am using the standard of two other boarding places I have used. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes to pick-up my dog. When he arrived his items were missing making me wait another 5-10 minutes for them to find them. He was disheveled and was carried to me instead of walked? I don't' know how he was treated during the week he was there but this experience has me worried. I have to think if I will return.
