First off I was called the wrong name by everyone even Dr Harris.
I had two technicians do my pre check before the Dr. came in. The blonde younger person has no bedside manner and rushes through the steps. Not friendly at all.
Then it was mentioned in passing about an issue with one of my eyes that I had no idea about but Dr says she made note of it last year, but never informed me of it.
Then the two techs took me into another room for another test. It was horrible. They as a team have no idea how to give directions at all. Move towards me was commanded at me over and over! Move my whole body? What do you want me to do I finally asked them? I felt like they had no idea how to help me and worst of all it felt very very disrespectful and rude! Awful...they both need further training in being professional and empathetic to patients. I was horrified and surprised at the behavior.
I have been a patient there for almost 3 years and I will be searching for another practice.

Being known for our exceptional patient care experience, it came as a surprise, and we would like to make things right. We immediately called our staff together this morning to discuss your complaints and are working to address the items that you mentioned. In particular, we are diligently working with our recently-hired technician to bring her up to speed. We are terribly sorry that you felt disrespected. We make every effort to hire individuals who are personable and respectful and will make changes to our staff as needed.
