Staff was very courteous and professional. My teeth have become extremely sensitive since my cavities were filled. They were able to give me a discount as I don't have dental insurance.

This is a very clean office with nice friendly people. The only thing that I would change is that when you are doing medical procedures that require the patient to do things-talk to them. Let them know what to expect-what they are expected to do-patients don't read minds. I had a procedure done that had four steps and took one hour. I did not know that there were four steps and it took one hour until it was done! If one person starts a procedure on a patient-that person should finish. Three different people were helping with the same procedure and I had no idea what was going on.

I called this business last week and gave them a credit card number for the balance on my account. Now, I receive another bill with a $7.59 Finance Charge and a $9.00 Administrative Fee that they added on January 31st. When I paid my balance last week, this charge did not appear on my bill. This is the only business I know that would charge $16.59 while they are waiting for my dental insurance company to pay. Ameritas paid them on January 14th and on February 19th. At the time of my service, I paid them $455.55. My present billing statement says, "Payment to our office is neither contingent nor dependent on your insurance carrier." I have no problem paying what I owed. I paid $488.50, and my insurance paid $422.50. I believe it is unfair to pay a Finance Charge and Administrative Fee while they waited for my insurance company to pay their part. They also had no problem charging me for X-rays that we not needed within 6 months of my last x-rays. I paid that bill, but was upset that they took x-rays after only 6 months. I really do not know how they stay in business.

Everyone was super nice as always. Although I do find it kind of strange that nearly everytime I am there, I am the only patient in the building the entire time. I actually did just recommend you guys to a friend just yesterday. You should consider offering some kind of referral bonus. Also, it would be so amazing to get prescribed some hydrocodone or lortab, rather than plain ole' motrin after having been put through a root canal!
