I probably will not return to the former animal ER I've been going to for many years. Compared to Lakeshore, I no longer trust them.
Most everyone I came in contact with was friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable. I know my animals will be in excellent, caring hands.
My only very small complaints are called ahead because the directions say not to have my animal urinate once at Lakeshore. I told whomever answered that my dog was on meds that made him urinate frequently and asked what I should do. They said to carry him in and not let him urinate. I did and could tell the poor guy was most uncomfortable. But when the techs came to get us, I informed them what was happening. They immediately said that precaution did not apply to him and allowed him to relive himself outside.
I also asked a young woman on the reception desk questions about Care Credit. She could not answer them. Evidently she was new and perhaps the same one who said I couldn't let my dog urinate.
