Terrible! Bait and switch. Told me one price, then charged more. They overcharged me and wouldn't back down. They wouldn't release my car until I paid it. Then they damaged my car, right in front of me, taking it off the hoist. Unbelievable! Right in front of other customers, too. Can't believe anyone would take their car here

This place is great, they always are willing to explain things to me and show me stuff on little models so that I can understand. They also have been really honest and clear about the timeliness of needing repairs and real costs. It's a bit out of my way now but I still go there because of the service.
