The dentist was awesome, very thoughtful and thorough. The tech that took the X-ray and scans didn’t accommodate the way he place the piece in my mouth. It hurt and cut my gums. I came in for my first appointment in a new office and didn’t get what I came for. I had to come back the next day. When I came back the next day for my cleaning I had a new hygienist that sprayed me with water multiple time, didn’t pay attention to the water in my mouth and almost drowned me a few time and towards the end just hurried to get me done. I’m sad bc I had high hopes for this office.

Several months ago I switched to Lake Worth dentistry, Dr. Julian Ortiz, as he came highly recommended by a client of mine, He did a thorough evaluation of all my teeth and set up a treatment plan and we’ve since began the process.. I was hesitant in the beginning, as I’ve had some bad experiences with dental offices. However I must tell you he’s probably one of the best Dentist I’ve ever had. He makes you feel very comfortable and answers any questions you have along the way. His bedside manner is top notch and he really cares about his patients.. I’m always nervous about feeling any pain so he consistently reassures me and makes sure I have enough anesthesia. Also his hygienist is amazing as well and I can’t say enough about his dental assistants. They are all super friendly and easy to talk too. The office has a super friendly vibe, pleasant music and just a nice calm atmosphere which helps the patient feel less stressed. I must also add that the office managers and team are extremely kind, easy to talk to, professional and organized. Hard to fine good quality people these days! I rate them all a 10!
