The employee who checked me in didn't know how much an extra quart of oil costs and misquoted at $10 ( my truck takes 7). After looking at my receipt, I noticed that Lamb's does inspect brakes. I went back in and asked the same employee if they did brake checks. And he said, "yeah if you ask us too." Since this was first experience at Lamb's I assumed I would have been informed of your full services offered. I asked why didnt you tell me about that service. He had a blank look on his face with no response.
And to top it off, I waited about 1.5 hrs to get my oil changed after I was told it would take about 30-45 mins tops.
I dont expect oil changes to be right on time but I do expect someone to communicate if it is going to take longer than expected.
I will not be returning or recommending Lamb's.

Phil, I apologize for the inconvenience, the excessive wait and the lack of communication during your visit. We do check brake thickness during an oil change and while we are performing out multi-point inspection. From what I can tell it looks like a breakdown from the back of the shop to the front, meaning there was no communication from the tech to the advisor on brake measurements. I have spoken to both of the employees and explained why this is so important. We do appreciate you giving us an opportunity to earn your business, and I would like another chance to show you us at our best.
