I have severe anxiety and going to this place made me feel at ease. Not sure if it was just the time I went but there were only a couple other patients there. Open, clean space when I first walked in. The receptionist kindly guided me to fill out a form and wait in the back for the doctor. I didn’t wait long until I was attended. I was led to this room to go through a series of tests, the lady that helped me was very nice and I felt comfortable to share the concerns I had about my vision. After those tests I was led to another small room to look through the lenses. The lady there was also really kind. (Sorry it was my first time here and I didn’t ask or know who was the leading optometrist or who was an assistant! I can’t refer to them by name.) They both had voices that soothe my anxiousness. My anxiety has been really bad the past month, even causing me to tremble uncontrollably during a dentist app just the week before. I’m grateful to them for helping me make this an easy process. Even after the tests when I could choose my glasses the receptionist who helped me in the beginning was kind and patient. I was nervous about taking too long choosing because I’m very indecisive and was about to settle but she encouraged me to take my time and choose a pair of frames that I like! She was right! I found a beautiful pair just minutes after. I’m very happy, I will be coming here for as long as I can for my vision care.
