Response time was good for snow removal for Somerset Property Owners Association. I didn't receive any complaints. The only complaint I have is that a large pile of snow was deposited in my lawn without my consent. The snow was removed from the alley to the east of my home (2507 Sherwood). I don't mind contributing to the storage of extra snow, but I wish someone would ask before piling snow on my property. At least ask where I would like to have the snow piled and try to keep the pile at a reasonable height.

During the last big snow fall that was over on a Sunday afternoon (1/1), driveways & sidewalks should have been cleared by Monday morning for residents to get out for work and this was not the case. This is our expectation and if you are not able to make it so residents can get out for work, we will consider this for next season when we are getting bids on snow.

You wouldn't believe how many positive comments we have already had even from people just driving by. Deb and I enjoyed working with Justin and Sante and really appreciated their professionalism and desire to make the project a complete success. It does my heart good to know there are still people out there that take that kind of pride in their work. They not only did quality work, but offered ideas and suggestions to improve on the original plan.
